1. Install the ntfy App

2. Configure the App
- Open the ntfy app
- Tap Settings (gear icon)

If your phone or app is offline, you might miss notifications for victims disclosed during that time.
Due to our 24-hour cache, these victims will not trigger another alert when you reconnect, unless they are reposted as new within that time frame.
We recommend keeping ntfy active in the background for uninterrupted updates.
